This was a year-long project, working together with Garnet Construction and the most lovely homeowner. I assisted from the project’s inception with materials selections - everything from exterior and interior paint color, lighting, tile, appliances, hardware, plumbing fixtures, closet design, cabinetry, etc. The selections process can be overwhelming without guidance and expertise, and the end result here was a home in the modern aesthetic that the client so deeply desired.
